Nick Malouff is the President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate BloomTree Realty in Prescott, Arizona. For twenty-five years, his contributions in the Real Estate and Financial Consulting industries enabled him to grow the BloomTree Realty agency to the top ten nation-wide in terms of volume in the BHGRE network. Nick embraces a couple of simple goals; deliver the best service possible to our agents and clients and support the important causes in the community where we live. Nick enjoys playing guitar and on a lucky night you may find him onstage jamming with a local band.
Chris Larson
General Manager
Chris has been in the real estate industry since 2004. He has sold both commercial and residential properties. He also has extensive experience in bank owned homes and short sales. Chris’ working career has been made up of many successes in the area of sale and management. From selling wine with E&J Gallo (being named salesman of the year for the state of Arizona) to managing Safeway grocery stores throughout Arizona and now selling real estate in the Prescott area. His love for sales and his extensive management background are the perfect fit for this profession. Through active listening and a deep desire to “seek to understand” those he works with, Chris has been able to meet the needs and help his clients successfully realize their dreams. With solid follow through and the utmost in integrity and ethics, Chris is able to serve all of his clients in a stress free and successful way.

Cynthia started real estate in the 1980's and 2 of the 3 children followed her into the business. Cynthia prides herself in offering good old-fashioned service with a smile. She focuses on providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to everyone, and making sure their needs are met. Cynthia excels at communication and problem resolution skills. Cynthia was a Managing Broker for over 20 years and these skills were honed in the offices and agents she managed with over 50,000 transactions closed.
