Nick Malouff is the CEO and founder of Bloomtree Realty, a company he established over eleven years ago with a guiding vision: to redefine what a real estate brokerage could be by placing authentic community connection at the heart of the business. His goal wasn’t just to build a company that facilitated real estate transactions, but to cultivate a culture where people—agents, clients, and community members alike—feel genuinely supported and empowered.

Designated Broker

Cynthia Yannitelli brings over 35 years of real estate expertise to her role as Designated Broker, where she leads with integrity, insight, and an unwavering commitment to elevating the agent experience. A second-generation real estate professional, Cynthia grew up immersed in the industry and has spent her entire career building a legacy grounded in trust, knowledge, and results.

Since entering the field in 1987, Cynthia has developed a comprehensive understanding of real estate—from residential sales and negotiations to brokerage operations and regulatory compliance. For more than two decades, she has excelled in leadership roles, managing high-performing offices and mentoring agents at all career stages. Known for her strategic approach to agent development, she provides personalized coaching and practical tools that empower professionals to grow sustainable, successful businesses.

As Designated Broker, Cynthia ensures the brokerage operates with integrity and adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards. She works closely with agents to provide real-time guidance on risk management, contracts, and client representation, all while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-first service that drives lasting success.

Sherri Batton
Managing Broker

Sherri Batten is the current Managing Broker at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate BloomTree Realty, having transitioned from her role as the Designated Broker to focus more on spending time with her family while continuing to contribute to the success of the BloomTree family. Sherri began her career in January 2006. Five years later, she became part of Nextage Realty Professionals, the predecessor to BloomTree Realty. During her tenure, she has seen new agents evolve into top producers, contributing significantly to the firm’s growth. This success has been fueled by Sherri’s commitment to fostering an environment centered around comprehensive training, collaboration, and a shared passion for agent success.

Her leadership extends beyond her brokerage, having served as President and as a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, as well as participating in various committees and serving on the Board of Directors of the local Realtor Association. Sherri’s dedication to the profession is matched by her passion for nurturing agent development and ensuring a positive work culture.

Outside of her professional commitments, Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling, particularly to coastal destinations where she can unwind and recharge.

Starting in 2011 in the real estate industry, Nicholas serves as the President of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate BloomTree Realty, bringing a results-driven approach and a deep passion for developing others. Starting his career at just 19, he has built a reputation for his integrity, market knowledge, and commitment to excellence.

As a hands-on leader, Nicholas is dedicated to more than just transactions—he's committed to building careers. He partners closely with agents at every stage, offering personalized guidance, training, and mentorship to help them grow both professionally and personally. His recruiting philosophy is rooted in collaboration, support, and long-term success, creating a culture where agents are empowered to thrive.

Now at 33, he leads a dynamic, forward-thinking brokerage focused on innovation, agent development, and client satisfaction. Whether navigating deals or building lasting agent partnerships, Nicholas remains focused on one mission: helping others succeed in real estate—and in life.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and experiencing new places, cultures, and adventures. He believes in living fully—bringing the same energy and curiosity to his personal life that he brings to his professional journey.

Office and Account Manager

With over 12 years of experience working alongside Owner & CEO Nick Malouff, Sarah serves as the Office and Accounting Manager, playing a vital role in the financial and operational success of the organization. Her responsibilities include cash management, accounts payable and receivable, draw requests, contractor coordination, and scheduling with diligent deadline tracking. Sarah brings a strong background in legal, title, and accounting, offering a well-rounded foundation that enhances her effectiveness in managing complex workflows. An Arizona native, she enjoys spending time with her children in Tucson, golfing, hiking, traveling, and bringing joy to others through her enthusiastic dancing and laughter with friends.

Emily Fisher
Broker Executive Assistant

Emily Fisher brings over a decade of experience in management, operations, and customer service to her role as Broker Executive Assistant. Known for her organizational expertise and attention to detail, Emily provides essential project management and administrative support that helps ensure the brokerage runs smoothly and efficiently. Her strong communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction make her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients they serve. Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and soaking up the Arizona sunshine.
