Free Admission to National Parks

Did you know that Arizona has 22 National Parks? If you are in central Arizona and looking for some outside recreation, there are a couple of National Parks and National Monuments that are great options. A National Monument that is well worth the visit is the 20 room high-rise apartment built in the limestone cliffs at the Montezuma Castle National Monument in Camp Verde, Arizona. Near the same area, you can also visit Tuzigoot, which is an ancient village located in Clarkdale, Arizona. (See Full List of Arizona National Parks Here)

Visting the Flagstaff area? In Flagstaff, you can visit the Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut Canyon National Monument, and the Wupatki National Monument. If you are in Flagstaff, you are just a short drive to the impressive Grand Canyon. The layers of bands of colorful rock in the Grand Canyon are breathtaking, and the views from the Grand Canyon Rim are unmatched.

Free Admission

On select days of the year, the National Park Service is offering free entrance to the National Parks. In 2021, the following dates do not charge an admission fee:
