As a local REALTOR, I am in the business of helping you, my client, find and purchase the right home for you or to sell your home at the best possible price.
You may be interested in knowing something about me and how I work to ensure that you will have an easy real estate experience. As a Rotarian, I practice the Four Way Test of the Things We Think, Say and Do: 1. Is it the Truth, 2. Is it Fair to All Concerned, 3. Will it Build Goodwill and Better Friendships, 4. Will it be Beneficial to All Concerned. My client testimonials reflect how my adherence to the Four Way Test helps me serve my clients best.
As my client, I will always serve you in a timely fashion and through my support and guidance. I will work to provide you with a simplified real estate experience. It is important to me to ensure that you thoroughly understand the process as we proceed and are successful with your transaction.
Advanced Training
Over time, I have taken many opportunites to invest my time in advanced training through my brokerage, my REALTORS Association and other resources in order to provide you with knowledge and service to meet your needs. I will be happy to explain the alphabet soup (M. Ed.,GRI, SRS, MCNE) attached to my name on cards if you are interested. Those simple letters are a guarantee of my expertise that will work for you.
Overall, I see my role as a facilitator working to provide that simplified experience for you. I keep my commitments and assure you that I will meet your expectations and that we will make our deadlines. I will also be available to you as a long term resource, so please don’t hesitate to continue using my services and asking me questions long after we have sold your house or bought your new one.
Give Back to Community
Personal: I hail from New England, Massachusetts originally, and most recently Maine. My wife and I own a custom picture framing shop in Prescott which she manages and works in. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading history and other genres. I participate in the Prescott-Sunup Rotary club (Past Prez 2017-2018, Sunup Rotary Foundation Chair, Registrar for RYLA Pinerock), the Westerners Corral of Prescott (Past Sheriff/Prez 2019, western history group) and volunteer at Sharlot Hall Museum as a Docent. In short I believe in giving back go our community.
